1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Players Live! We provide a dedicated business networking community for football fans in business. By registering for a trial, becoming a member, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Membership and Subscription Our community offers exclusive access and opportunities for members.

• Service Description: As a member, you gain access to our private online platform, exclusive networking events, opportunities to present your business, and interact with fellow football fans in business.
• Membership Fees: Membership requires a recurring monthly fee, payable in advance. The current membership fee will be clearly stated during the sign-up process. We reserve the right to change our membership fees at any time, with prior notice provided to existing members.
• Billing Cycle: Your monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, typically on the same day of the month that you initiated your paid membership.

3. Free Trial Period & Automatic Payment: We offer a free trial period to new members, allowing you to experience our community before committing to a paid membership.

• Trial Offer: New users are eligible for a free trial period, the duration of which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of sign-up.
• Automatic Payment: IMPORTANT: Unless you explicitly cancel your membership through your account settings on Nas before the free trial period expires, your trial will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership.
• Billing Commencement: Upon conversion, your chosen payment method will be charged for the first monthly membership fee immediately.

User Responsibility:

It is solely your responsibility to cancel your trial membership on Nas if you do not wish for it to convert to a paid membership and be charged.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

How to Cancel: You may cancel your membership (including during the free trial period) at any time by accessing your account settings on Nas and following the cancellation instructions.

Effect of Cancellation:

• Trial Members: If you cancel during the free trial, your access will cease at the end of the trial period, and you will not be charged.
• Paid Members: If you cancel a paid membership, your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
• No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not provide refunds for any partial months of service if you cancel your paid membership mid-cycle.
• No Refunds for Failure to Cancel Trial: No refunds will be provided for charges incurred due to a failure to cancel your free trial before its expiration. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that charges resulting from your oversight in canceling a trial period are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

To maintain a positive, respectful, and productive environment for all members, we expect everyone to act responsibly and professionally. 

• Expected Conduct: All members must interact respectfully and professionally with other members and our staff. Prohibited Conduct: Any behaviour deemed rude, aggressive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to other members or the community will not be tolerated.
• Consequences of Misconduct: Breach of this User Conduct policy will result in immediate removal from the community without a refund of any membership fees paid. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy.

6. Disclaimers

While we are committed to providing a valuable networking platform, please be aware of the following: 

• No Guarantee of Success: We bring together like-minded football fans in business to facilitate connections and opportunities. However, we cannot guarantee any specific level of success, business leads, sales, or other outcomes from your participation in our networking group. 
• Member Engagement: Your engagement and interaction are key to maximizing the benefits of your membership. The ultimate success of your networking efforts rests with you. 
• Our Commitment: We commit to providing you with the platform and opportunities to present your business to the group, meet new people, and interact with other members.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. 

• Data Collection: When you become a member, we collect essential personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number to facilitate your membership, provide our services, and enable interaction within the community. 
• Data Sharing: We commit to not sharing your personal information with anyone outside of our business networking group. Full Privacy Details: For comprehensive details on how we collect, use, store, protect, and manage your data, including your rights regarding your data, please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Notification of Changes: We will notify our members of any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions by email or through an announcement within the community platform. 
• Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
